Personal Development – Part 1

Spring is in the air, Empowerment is on your breath!

Man on top

As Spring gleefully skips towards us, closer and closer. We have another important date we don’t give as much recognition as we should (no, it’s not Easter, though I love any excuse to buy chocolate), it’s International Women’s Day on March 8. This month Release Your Voice is all about how to empower yourself and how to lead your way in life. The best way to answer both is through Personal Development.

Creating your very own Personal Development Plan is a keen way to organize your process for individual achievement – whether it be educational, professional, or private. It will raise your level of consciousness, enable you to reflect on what matters most and focus on being a life-long learner.

First step – we want to identify who we really are and what we value most in life. Answering these questions can help you to do that:

  • What are your values?
  • Organizing these 5 dynamics by importance: Family, Friends, Career, Hobbies, Health
  • What are your dreams?
  • What does your ideal life/personality look like?
  • What are your goals?

…and stay tuned for Wednesday’s next step, Creating Your Personal Development Plan! And we would love for you to share your Personal Development story with us!
